Orleans" to the Vegetarian Dinner Table. Weather you've been a Veggi-Head for years, in the transitional stage, are just embarking on your journey for the first time these are the Vegetarian food classes you've been waiting for.  Not only will you learn to prepare Real Foods, you will also learn to
substitute those things you've  come to love for more healthy choices in the kitchen.  
Empress will deliver a short discourse before each meal set to help
you inner-stand how your cooking utensils, food choices, and state of mind while cooking affect your overall health & well being. You will learn to prepare 2-3 items.  Q & A during & after.
